Refund policy

1. Refunds on the Developer Pass

The Developer Pass is a digital service that begins immediately after a verified payment, so you are asked to consent to immediate performance. If you would prefer not to waive the right of withdrawal before buying, contact us and we will sell you a pass that starts when you choose.

• If no job has been submitted, we refund the pass in full on request within 14 days of purchase.
• If you submitted jobs and the service did not return a usable result for them, we refund the pass in full; we may ask which jobs failed so we can check the logs.
• If some jobs succeeded and others failed, we refund the proportional share attributable to the failed jobs, at our discretion.
• If the service was usable and delivered results, the pass is not refundable simply because a file turned out to be unrecoverable — encoding that cannot be reversed is a limitation we disclose before purchase, not a billing error.

2. Failed and duplicate payments

• A failed payment costs you nothing. The order is marked failed and no pass is activated.
• A duplicate or double charge is refunded in full once we have reconciled it.
• If your bank shows a pending authorisation that never completed, it is released by the bank rather than by us; we can supply the transaction reference on request.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@dezender.in from the address on your account, with your order or payment reference. We aim to reply within one business day.

Approved refunds are issued through the payment provider used for the original payment. The time the money takes to appear depends on that provider and your bank.

Where a refund is issued, the associated pass and its remaining access are revoked.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback. A chargeback opened without contacting us may result in account suspension while it is investigated, and can take far longer to resolve than a refund request made directly.
